Bolyn Weekly is published every week, sharing personal experiences, things I've seen, and topics I find interesting—although often it's just a bit of rambling.

The Beauty of Regret
A couple of weeks ago I saw the play "Youjia." The story is clichéd—a youthful love story involving one man and two women. Although the plot is the same old tale, its unfolding in different times and environments gives it a slightly different flavor. Overall, the play was very engaging.
For more details about the play, see the article: Anti-Narrative Play "Youjia" Third Round Performance!

At the end of the play, it’s inevitable to discuss whether the story is tragic or not. To be frank, it is tragic—none of the characters end up together; regret is the norm.
However, I felt no regret or sorrow, only a gentle delight. They say the play is a tragedy, but after watching it, I felt no sadness.

Losing or gaining isn’t as important as the experience itself, which is truly priceless. They met each other in the prime of their lives—how can that not be something to celebrate?
As for the ending? Just meeting each other is enough.

Went to Hong Kong to Get a Bank Card
Last week, I went to Hong Kong to open a bank account. My website's international venture is now feasible, and there's no reason to delay any longer. I'll research further and report back on the progress.
