Bolyn Weekly is published weekly, sharing personal happenings, observations, and things that pique my interest – though oftentimes it might just be a bit of nonsense.

The Older We Get, The More Ignorant We Become
We assume that as we age, we gain a broader range of experiences. From a limited perspective, this seems perfectly fine, yet viewed from a wider angle, it becomes apparent that we actually grow increasingly narrow-minded.
When we were children, the entire universe was ours; as we grew up, our surroundings began to shape us, and we ended up seeing less and less—growing more ignorant, often without even realizing it. Perhaps as we slowly age, we will circle back to the cosmos and embrace it once again.
